What's up with Eros? I'm trying to change the travel dates and they're requiring a copy of a government ID (front & back) along with a face photo holding a sign of today's date. I did that 2 years ago to verify so why again? Anybody else having that issue?

Can somebody explain to me where to find messages you received? I just stumbled upon a few messages I got (not exactly sure how or where) but I never got a notification to my email much less to see what date/time I got them. This is very confusing to me so far. I hope I figure it out fast. 🙃
