My favourite fairytale is the one about having mental and emotional stability. It's been such a bad mental health day and we're down to our last little bit of food so I've had one piece of chicken and that's all I've eaten today and that's not helping either. I honestly want to cry and throw something through a wall.

I am very aware that my BPD makes me think, behave and feel irrationally. I may lose that awareness sometimes due to the nature of my illness, but generally speaking, I am very aware.

I am very aware that I am extremely impulsive and emotional and that my outbursts are not only self destructive but damaging to others around me and my relationships with them.

I don't need this explained to me like I'm a child. Now fuck off and let me have my bad day in peace.
