Welcome to the Good Client Guide's new interview series, A Tryst About Town! We join three escorts in their hometown and hear what makes it so special. Today we're joined by Emily Beauchamp, Kira Nielsen, and Marine Séville to fill us in on Montreal's special sights, best venues, and more!
"I believe sex workers have valuable insights to offer, particularly in the realms of consent and communication. Understanding that not everyone uses the same language surrounding consent or possesses the same level of awareness regarding their limits and boundaries is crucial."
I think the public could learn a lot about sex workers and how we have positive impacts on clients. We are gifted improvisers, resourceful in ways I never knew possible.
"Finding community helped me to not only work through a lot of shame that I held around being a sex worker, but also to develop the skills and tools needed to engage with kink and in-person sex work in a safer and healthier way."
The plot of the book follows my fumbles getting into sex work via sugar dating and then… moving off from sugar-stuff into escorting. I decided to publish because of a notably awful date that I went on towards the end of my time on the sugar-sites.
