@dumpling Like the crispness of a New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc such as Kim Crawford, Oyster Bay or Cloudy Bay in the hot weather. Reds I've been drinking a lot of Spanish wine, especially from the 2015 vintage. Usually very good value for the money.
