But in the meantime, we're not done yet. Where is the discussion of how #FOSTA will impact valid sex work as opposed to the sex trafficking it was supposedly designed to combat? Where's the explanation of how silencing #sexworkers is actually going to put them at greater risk of harm and hurt their ability to make a living? Where's the argument that #FOSTA is probably unconstitutional, and the reasons why?
