We've woken up to a lot of people being concerned about the forum, verification and reviews.
For starters, the verification process was meant to be for the forums only so we could begin to discuss community issues in a structured format that is easier to follow. We now understand people misunderstood what the verifications were for and have concerns about our methods despite us thinking we did enough user testing by putting people through the process. We have locked verifications for now.

Secondly, reviews were a thing that some providers and clients have wanted and it's been discussed on Switter and some people want to use hashtags for this which we don't endorse this. We understand the problems behind them and we don't think we can handle the legal liability that comes with reviews, especially given our size as Assembly Four is just me, @lolahunt and @e.
