I'm going to do more research, but I heard Feverfew is supposed to help prevent migraines. Especially if you have them constantly.
@Jmel8181 I originally wear glasses so I get headaches and migraines all the time.
@SammieSugar So sorry for you. I know what you are going through - used to get them often. But not since I had my first artificial joint installed, go figure.
