@Adelablackwood @missstclairxox @LiaraRoux While this is chilling it is aimed at applicants for visas, not for all border crossers, so people who qualify to come to the U.S. under the visa waiver program would not be subject to this. the rules of visa waiver are complicated but as a general rule, if you're coming to the U.S. as a tourist and a citizen of Canada, Western Europe, or a highly economically developed country on the Pacific Ocean, you're probably not going to need a visa.
