Herbal care has been passed down through communities for generations - before the professionalization of medicine, women, witches, midwives and family members were the keepers of herbal knowledge.

Personally, I don’t get offended by genuine curiosity, even if the question is annoying or cliché. However, when someone asks me, “What’s the craziest thing you’ve done?” my response is usually a pretty dramatic and dismissive eye roll.

The vast majority of sex worker organisations are not only grassroots and run by volunteer sex workers, but due to harmful legislation and policy such as the anti prostitution pledge, they are also often cut off from government funding.

On top of the standard emotional labor that comes with sex work, as a fat sex worker I’m often put in a position to help clients sort through their fatphobia as it relates to my own body.

I'd always dreamed of growing up and being sort of a femme fatale as a child with villains like Catwoman and Poison Ivy as some of my biggest inspirations.
